Premium increased without any notification

Hallow Peter, My premium was increase from R899 to R1699.00 without anyone telling me. Ive been trying to get to speak to an agent and end up talking to bots with no help. I sent a request to add my other car and till this day haven't received anything from them. Such a pathetic service to my long standing insurance.
