Premium increased twice in a year

In January my premium was increased and end of March. I sent an email to enquire<br> First respond:Our data shows the risk of having an accident is 10 times higher between 23:00 and 4:30. My respond policy was already reviewed in January and they must refund. <br> <br> I did not agree to any additions to my policy.
