Premium increase, No feedback.

After a premium increase mail I received I call to review my policy and regret making the phone. I then mailed to find out if perhaps there is something that can be done to reduce my premium. The reference number: *** and that my query will be handled to one of the dedicated agents. There is no dedication what so ever as no one has made contact with me. Even if there is ABSOLUTELY nothing you can do (which I doubt) the least you can is call me and explain to me. Your service is ridiculous.
