Premium hike

<p>My monthly premiums rose every month for 3 months & discovery couldn't tell me why.Finally when I "cancelled" policy I was given the reason as to why,"discovery couldn't trace back the records of me insured in the past 7 years" which is untrue.</p> <p>Secondly when I took out the policy I was given an option of Cashback when I fill up at BP with my Vitality drive or money money get reserved for my "Access ".I took the Access funder but now I found out that you can not get it back when you cancel your policy ī.e when you cancel within 3 years.What if I took the Cashback, was I gonna have to pay it back?</p> <p>Discovery resolved the problem but I am still not entirely satisfied. I have recommended Discovery Insurance to friends & family but now it's a different story.</p>
