Prejudicial Loss Ratio Calculation
Every person that helped me was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They also understood the system well, including it's capabilities and shortcomings. My gripe, hence the low rating, is due to the fact that my premiums have been negatively influenced by claims for which 3rd parties were responsible (e.g. my vehicle is parked in clearly designated, public parking when someone drove into my car, without me even in the vehicle).

Should our Liabilities team be successful in their reclamations efforts, the reclaimed funds would be offset against those claims paid on your policy, thus reducing your loss ratio going forward.
