Precious Nkosi is truly a Gem 💎
I would like to commend Precious Nkosi from Discovery Insure’s Emergency Services. She was extremely reassuring, and her calm, soothing voice immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation caused by pothole in Welkom. She communicated clearly, showed genuine empathy, and handled the matter with professionalism and care.
