Praise/complaints.

<div>I recently had a motor vehicle accident claim. The claim was by Mr. Justin Dowie. The claim and their contractors AA Panel Beaters and Avis Rent a Car was managed 100% to my satisfaction. Mr. Dowie followed up on a regular basis and he is a credit to his company. On a sadder note. I recently had a claim against my householders section for a lost ring. The claim was assessed by their internal assessor, *****. She did a fantastic job of going around to verify where I lost the ring. She agreed that I be paid out and handed over to a claims consultant,******. I have filled in two Agreement of Loss forms and emailed them back to the consultant. I have not received any form of reply. Claim number ***. This lack of communication is my biggest complaint about Discovery Insure and I am seriously considering changing my insurer. My rating here would only be 1 star.</div>
