PPP Discovery insure

**** poor performance Discovery insure.

If I could give 0 starts I would, Claim ***.

No one has contacted me for my feedback, claim has processed without my consent on an incorrect assessment this has been made clear to the discovery insure "team" on at least 4 occasions, the ineptitude of the discovery staff baffles me. Is no wonder discovery made a financial loss 2.4bn in the last year. Blame it on covid all you want. I dont think its the viruses fault this time
