Pothole Patrol that won’t pay their own clients claims!
Discovery don’t pay claims! Stay away! After authorising my claim and sending the AOL letter, which was incorrect, and asking them to correct it, 6 weeks later they have come back to say that they’re rejecting my pothole claim, which has deemed my vehicle a write-off!

08 Mar 2024, 16:04Discovery I’ve heard this countless times for the last 6 weeks, but it never happens! I was called once after my original Hello Peter complaint 4 weeks ago! Which I was promised that it would be investigated as to why I’m being inconvenienced the way I have been, and that the way forward would be discussed!! This never happened!!! 2 additional Hello Peter Complaints later, no one has contacted! Not a claims consultant, not an assessor, NO ONE!!! Yet Discovery rejected my claim AFTER it was AUTHORISED!
