Potential ********** repairs authorised by insurer causing damage to vehicle.

My car was repaired by Renew-It and after about 3 weeks of driving, I refilled my tank and had to use a considerable amount of oil (2 pints) and then subsequently the next evening, my vehicle started overheating.

I took the vehicle to Honda Sandton on Friday 23 September (Cnr William Nicol and Peter Place) where I requested them to do a check on the overheating. Honda then informed me that the repairs performed were in fact done with the incorrect parts and this has caused the issue with the engine to overheat. (incorrect radiator installed on the vehicle). This is obviously a ********** repair that was done on my vehicle resulting in potential and possibly considerable engine damage to the vehicle.

This is simply disgusting business practices and I am recommending everyone not to use them as they simply don't care to solve the issue.
