Portable Posession Claim Still Pending and no feedback
<p>I claimed for A damaged phone, it was repaired with **** parts, still had the display damage and is loose on the side and was not fitted properly when receieved, when i questioned this , i was advised that they cannot use original parts, my phone should be replaced in its original form, the most pathetic thinmg is that i have emailed more than 11 times and KElebogile Bezu doesent respond , even when you phone for her a million times, such poor service and im considered a VIP client!</p>
