POPI noncompliance
I am not a Discovery Insure client but I constantly receive calls and messages from them for vehicle repairs, weather alerts, tracking device errors, Vitality drive details, vehicle details, etc. I have received 11 SMSs this morning addressed to a named person. I have logged a complaint (ref on hand) to stop receiving these unsolicited communications but to no success hence I’m seeing if this platform can help.
