Poorest of service delivery with Discovery Insure

I am now sitting with months that has passed and my car insurance claim has not been settled. It is the second time I am posting as I am out of ideas of how to get help. I never get feedback and always have to phone after the claims consultant which never answers and their colleagues try their best to assist. I have a claim and have credit shortfall and retail value cover and Discovery Insure paid the retail value which " is less than initially mentioned" and thus a credit shortfall occurred but they still haven't calculated or paid it to Absa Vehicle Finance and I have the shortfall on my name to be paid to Absa Vehicle Finance. Always the promise to call me back but they never do! it is beyond ridiculous now.
