Poor workmanship

I was in a car accident, and at first Discovery insure handled my claim very quick, the panel beater I was sent to did a bad job on my car! I was told by Discovery to talk the car back to the panel beater and again I received poor workmanship! I have called the panelbeater he says he is waiting for the assesor, I have called discovery about 3 times and they say that they have esculated the issue and that the assesor will contact me! At the end I'm the one calling and running around and nothing is getting resolved! My car has been hand painted in one area! The panels are not alling! I was quoted for an original headlight but a pirate part was fitted just to name a few of the issues!
