Poor Vitality Drive sensor thresholds for big SUVs
Discovery Insure....what's the point of having a "contact us" section in your app, where I'm supposed to provide feedback, if it just replies with "internal server error" every time I try to submit said feedback.
For a big corporate you have to make sure the app functions as it should. Where's the QA?
Anyway the actual feedback I wanted to provide is regarding Vitality Drive trip scoring and sensor sensitivity:
I’m generally happy with how trips are scored, except for cornering.
Almost every time I go around a traffic circle the app/sensor deducts points for “cornering “.
And yes I know you use best international standards/practices for you thresholds….. but it still feels like the sensor is way too sensitive for cornering.
I would encourage you to relax the thresholds for cornering. If the client drives a big SUV (like I am) it means the vehicle’s center of gravity is higher and the sensor can “feel” more lateral force enacted on it. Especially if the sensor is mounted high up (which it is) behind the rear view mirror.
I deducted one star for the broken "contact us" section and two more for the over sensitive lateral force thresholds on your sensor.
Thanks J
