POOR UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM A BIG COMPANY AS DISCOVERY

So one of the clients of discover insure members drove into my wife car more than a month and a half. They forwarded me the claim number I contacted them I was told that one of the people will contact me in 72hr working hours. Which never happened I had to call after him known as Themba. Then I forward all my documents they requested and said they would contact me in 72working hours did not happen I had to call them to find out what's happening. Still no response from them I then contacted their client myself stating that I would be fixing my car myself and I'll have her cough up for the damages she contacted Discover insure then I was told an assessor would contact me after a week the assessor came out even confirmed I would wait up to 5months just for them to pay out the money. Then I contacted them continously until I got hold of Themba the he said he need an affidavit stating I had no insurance and a copy of the vechile registration papers forwarded that then he said he needs to go threw the documents received until this very day no feedback on what the way forwarded towards the damages on my vechile.
