Poor turnaround time

I submitted a claim about 1week and 3days ago. I never receive an outcome of claim submitted. Turnaround time is poor.

My claim was assigned to thabang modibesi who sent me by mail an email on incident report. I rep**** and never heard of him ever since.

I've sent 2 emails requesting an update but no response.
