Poor turnaround time, and no urge to assist or speed up their process

was involved in an accident, whereby someone bumped into me on the 23rd of April 2016 (Same day my claim was logged with discovery). I requested for a courtesy car, which I received on the 25th of April 2016, as I was advised telephonically, on the day of the accident, by the discovery call agent in the presence of a tow truck driver, not to drive my car as the airbag sensor might be damaged due to the impact (entailing the airbags might “blow up” while driving home). On Tuesday the 17th of May 2016 I received an email from Simon Farisane, which I have been in contact with numerous time, stating that my claim has been approved. I sent him the email below, as I was very much disappointed. He advised he will forward the matter to his team leader (Minogue Moffet), and get back to me. On the 19th of May 2016, I decided to contact him again because I had not received any response from him. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tshepo (speaking under correction), and he said the matter has been taken up with the team leader and they are waiting for a response, but he will follow up, and call me on back (which he never did). On the 20th of May 2016, I once called discovery and spoke to a lady by the name of Kagiso, and I has told they are waiting for the assessors approval (Eugene Woudberg). Today, 23rd of May 2016, I called once again, and asked to be escalated to the team leader, because tomorrow I need to return the car to AVIS, and I have no form of transportation to travel to work. I was told to hold on while I was being transfered to the team leader, surprisingly the phone was dropped. I waited for an hour before calling back hoping the team leader will contact me, but I still received no response. I called again at 16:00, and I was told the team leader was busy when I asked to be escalated.

I’m bringing this to your attention because I am NOT HAPPY with how my claim is being dealt with. It took over three weeks before my claim was approved, however I’m only given a courtesy car for four weeks. I highly doubt the car will be fixed in a week (5 days excluding weekend). Tomorrow, 24th of May 2016 I have to return the car, and I have not heard anything from Simon or Minogue, and none of them seem to have an urgency to try and get my problem resolved. I also had to put pressure on the claims department in order to try and get the assessor to visit me. This is an inconvenience, because I will not have a car as of tomorrow, in order for me to sort out my personal things. I am disappointed in more ways than one given that I’m a loyal client to discovery. The service I have received thus far, I’m not happy with, and it's very unprofessional. No one seems to care.
