poor services

The so called device used to monitor the car wasn't working at all and even was killing the battery of my car. every day in the morning when I get into the car I have an alert saying the battery of my car is low. finally took the car to BMW for check they perform all the checks and in the process disconnected the device of discovery and the worse was that discovery didn't even notice that the car was tempered with for the whole day and night . so all the time I thought if someone tempered with my car I will have an alert or a call from discover I was just dreaming. end up have the take out my car from they cover for a different insurance company as they didn't even apologise rather they tried blaming their service provider.
