POOR SERVICES
Since l took your stupid policy in April my discovery insure App never worked . l've been calling in several times for assistance to merge my expired passport with the new passport number . i am now sick and tired of waiting for help .l joined this so that i benefit from my vitality drive ' 3 months now still waiting for help . this month they even charged me double my premium . this is ***** to me and l am not happy with your services. i will never recommend anyone to Discover Insurance they are not professional at all .

09 Jul 2020, 17:20last week when i called to cancel this stupid policy of yours 'you managed to cancel it immediately . i was surprised that you don't take time to cancel the policy but to resolve a problem it takes forever , you don't even care or bother to ask why im cancelling the policy . now im about to cancel this your stupid policy for good if you dont resolve this issue by tomorrow .

last week when i called to cancel this stupid policy of yours 'you managed to cancel it immediately . i was surprised that you don't take time to cancel the policy but to resolve a problem it takes forever , you don't even care or bother to ask why im cancelling the policy . now im about to cancel this your stupid policy for good if you dont resolve this issue by tomorrow .
