Poor service - total disregard for customers

Discovery Insure is poor when it comes to handling claims and you will be ignored when you follow up. No service whatsoever, all they are interested in are the monthly premiums they collect. Poor poor poor service!!! Jathin is so useless, only helpful to certain clients.
