POOR service to add vehicle to policy

Very disappointed in Discovery Insure. After being with Outsurance for 18 Years we were enticed to switch over to Discovery Insure since we have other products like life insurance and Health with them.

I have had to phone 3 times to add my 19 year old daughter's car to our policy. There was a glitch on the system; capturing her cellphone number...... Consequently I was forced to revert to OUTSURANCE to get insurance in time for taking up delivery of the new car!!! Curious to see, after I mentioned many times that I needed insurance confirmed by 10 am on Saturday if Discovery Insure will eventually remedy the "escalated" glitch or even just come back to me....

A bit worried that that something so simple as adding a car to our policy renders so many issues what will happen if I Do need them to register and attend to a claim 🙈😬😬

Seriously considering moving back to OUTSURANCE..........
