Poor Service to a claim
Really disappointed with the specialist claim department.
Made a claim on the 16th January 2023 and have yet to get concrete feedback on my claim. My vehicle is literally just laying at the moment.
My consultant does not give me any feedback whatsoever ! I have to continuously call for an update. Like really not on
