Poor service regarding claim

My claim was quickly approved but now I am waiting for my car to be fix. The place that supposed to fix my car can't even get it right to make an appointment. They will call me and ask me when am I bringing my car to be repaired because I have missed my appointment. But nobody called me to make an appointment. Then I make an appointment and when I get there they told me the car can only be fixed within 2 days because they are waiting for the parts. <br> <br> I called discovery on Monday and today and both ladies told me they will sort the problem out for me. The lady of today wanted me to hold the line while she sort out the problem for me. Discovery can't even call me back. The lady told me she will call me back after two. Still waiting. <br> <br> This is the worst service ever. Discovery is saying they have safe drivers but they can't fixed my car because I am driving without a mirror. I guess discovery thinks it is safe to drive with only one mirror. <br> <br> Wonder how long I am going to wait for the excess they need to claim back.
