Poor service received from the panel beaters that Discovery has!

Discovery uses cheap panel beaters to save cost and I have to go through a lot of agony!

I am very disappointed with the service of the panel beaters used.

When I picked up my car - the 1st I notice was that the cover by the fender was damaged and not replaced, they informed me that that will raise this and replace it, I also notice that my right hand side wheels BOTH FRONT AND BACK had paint , they took the car back for cleaning to remove this paint, ONLY THEY know HOW paint got on my right hand side considering that there was no work to be done there.

While driving my car I heard a huge noise and I could smell something burning , I have to stop on the side of the road to inspect my car to learn that the undercarriage cover from the front bumper was hanging out, I called Giant panel beaters to complain and they asked me to bring it back to sort out, the owner than apologized and *****ed the broken undercarriage cover on stating that he will replace it and have order the parts. I am still waiting for this to be done!!!!!!

Over the weekend I was driving and notice I could see properly in direct sunlight, oh wait when I got my car back it was extremely dirty and covered with dust. So due to not seeing properly I inspected and took it to a car wash for polishing and cleaning to remove this dust on the windows.

This dust turned out to be overspray paint, my entire car is covered with it, my windows my front passenger seat my mirrors, everything is covered with this overspray paint!!!!! The car wash couldn't remove this, the polish cant remove this!!!!

I cannot drive my car and see properly in direct sunlight due to this overspray paint.

The workmanship done on my car is of so poor quality, WHERE DID YOU GET SUCH BACK DOOR PANELBEATERS ??????

I am very disappointed with DISCOVERY FOR Hiring these guys - Giant panel beaters to work on my car.

My car feels worst off then before giving in for repairs!!!

I expect this to be treated urgently and to be resolved immediately. I will not go back to that useless unprofessional panel beaters which done such a poor job and made my car worst off with this over spray.

Where did you find such back-door panel beaters?????

The following was not done properly and have also been found when I received my car back: - undercarriage cover damaged and needs replacement -fender cover on top was not replaced - my front wipers damaged due to the over spray -there is overspray on all my windows -there is overspray on my entire car -there is overspray in the front passenger seat, yes there is paint on my front passenger seat!!!!! -there is overspray on my dashboard, yes, my dashboard has paint on it!!!!!!! -there is overspray on the side of the front passage door and the rubbers of the door -the mirror on the left which was replaced the inside cover had full dirty and is damaged because of being neglected, this was not even cleaned with placed bac****!!!!!! -my car was so dirty when I received it!!!

I am very disappointed with these panel beaters and the how badly my car was treated!!!!! I am very disappointed with Discovery for selecting such cheap panel beaters to save cost and use such poor-quality workman, these guys - Giant panel beaters are not professional at all. They had my car for over a month and made it worst then before!!!
