Poor service providers used by Dicovery for the repairs.

My vehicles insures by Discovery. My wife was involved in an minor accident on the 24th op Sept 2018. The vehicle towed to Targa auto body in Centurion, arranged by Discovery. It has now been a month that my vehicle is held at Targa Auto body. Week after week they have some sort of excuse for not completing the repairs. My vehicle is a well known brand and model with thousands of these vehicles on the road. I cannot believe that Discovery would make use of this back yard panel beater for repairs. Victor who originally acted as if he is the owner of Targa now refers me to Paula who is never reachable. Discovery blames Netassess for towing the vehicle to Targa. How can Discovery make use of these pathetic service providers and I am the one sitting without my car?
