Poor Service Provider

Discovery Insure is the worst communicating Insurance I have ever experienced.

We put in a claim for over a month, to this date nothing has have been done. We've sent countless emails and made calls to Mathapelo Bokaba who is assigned to this case, and she hasn't bothered to get back to us. Discovery please do something about your service. Your employees (Mathapelo Bokaba) are providing a pathetic service and you are doing nothing about it. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing.
