Poor Service on High Level

I would not recommend anyone to take up an insurance cover with Discovery Insure, their staff members care less about their clients and conduct no follow up at all. My claim was handled by Caroline Mo***o and she never bothered to advise if she received my documents or not. I as the client have to follow-up daily on my claim progress and receive no proper feedback, I have been taken from pillar to post. What shocked me was to receive a message that my claim was authorized only to find out it's all a lie, when I followed up on this guess what I was told my settlement letter has expired and I have to re-submit it again. I am still puzzled that I had to re-submit this settlement letter x8, I could swear I may have lost my mind to submit a document soo many times. It has been full 6 weeks my claim is still not finalized, can you believe it? I again have to re-submit the settlement letter Discovery is a joke, honestly this is unacceptable.
