Poor Service from one off the Top Insurance Companies

Good day I was in a minor accident 4 weeks ago where a Discovery insure client drove into the back off my bakie.The client was very kind and helpfull whereby i submitted all the paper work towards her insurance as a third party claim.Discovery phoned me to take my vehicle in for as*****t a week and half ago at VDS Autobody where all the relevent assesment was done. Till now i have not had any feedback from Discovery insure or a phone call.This kind off service is unacceptable and shows me and people out there just to do their homework before choosing any type off insurer.
