Poor service from Mzwakhe at Discovery Insure

Poor service received from Mzwakhe at Discovery Insure. I lodged a claim on 17/03/2023, received an email saying he got my email. After that no communication. I emailed on the 24th to follow up then only was response given to me. From that day onwards Stax electronic and myself can’t get hold of him via calls or email. Would be great if I could be updated or assist with my claim.
