Poor service from everyone including management

Very poor service i have been receiving from Discovery and the stuff is not competent, i called so many time because i have a problem with the DQ and i also wanted to update my details all they will say they are transferring me to the relevant department and i will hold the call forever infact up until i drop the call due to no response.

One lady promised to send me the call recordings till this day i have not recieved them.
