poor service from discovery partner

dq track Before my installation a pre check was done and everything worked, post my installation another check was done and the left indicator was not working. I asked the technician gideon and he told me i must take him for a polygraph test, i then called his manager yvonne who said nothing can be done as they have confirmation that this never worked before. I am so dissapointed with this service, and to think i just moved to discovery.
