Poor service from discovery insure, very high premiums for bad service

Now it’s 2 pm and the plumbers discovery insure assigned have not come, will definitely be canceling my policy. I will definitely not recommend anyone to take a insurance with discovery insure

The plumber service that discovery insure use are unprofessional, and take short cuts. They have no idea what they are doing , they joined rotten pipes to new pipes. The pipes are falling down not even anc****d properly, the combined steel with copper pipes which causes corrosion at a faster rate. They never change 2 pipes for 2 twos because the forgot to quote and order enough material, now I will have to spend more to fix the mess that was created due to taking pipe cover with discovery insure. The guys do not complete their jobs . The plumbers are Tshwaranang plumbers, that they use in Pretoria east . With them it’s not quality of work it’s just to con people to take a cover from them and they do not live up to the standards they advertise . They keep calling people to take a cover from them but do not assist in any manner .

Thank you for your response . I did get a call from Jamie Woodworth-Nchaupa, she did apologise. She suppose to email me however she did not , totally ***********. I tried calling it rings and stops . I got a call from the plumbers to state they not replacing my garden pipes , which clearly no one can see from the pictures the pipes are rotten since discovery does not cover them .
I guess will wait for them to burst flood the yard, and then they will sort the rotten pipes . Now I wonder why I took the cover for pipes . Serious communication problem between discovery and plumbers . Discovery has *********** staff that can lt see from a picture a rotten pipe.
