Poor service from discovery insure

I had a very bad experience with discovery insure. My tiles cracked in my kitchen due to the change in temperature on friday the 26th of June 2020. I contacted my broker from discovery the same day. On The following week i was contacted by the person handling the claim. The person already started saying that it was poor workman ship before even visiting the site he then send the construction company to my house the do a site assessment . When I started to follow up again today they informed me that the contractor lost the photos he took during the site visit.I am shocked with the response from discovery and the sub contractors that they use. When you pay your policy they are fast to take funds from your account when they need to render a service they fail to assist!
