Poor service from Discovery Insure

I lodged a motor claim with discovery insure in June, they sent me a AOL which i signed and sent back to them on 19 July 2021, we are now in August and i have not received the settlement or has the consultant handling my claim called to provide me with a way forward. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional from discovery, what you say on your adverts and how you treat clients are two different things.. PLEASE SORT MY CLAIM OUT!!!
