Poor service from Discovery Insure

Logged a claim for a security camera that was damaged due to power surge from load shedding. Logged the claim on the 7th Feb and still they have yet to do much about it. Now they are appointing an assessor. The claim is for R 3 400 all in all I sudden to think what is the claim was a large amount of money. You would wait weeks
