Poor service from Discovery Insure

My car repair was completed without my authorisation. I requested the panel beater contact me before any repairs for me to decide whether to pay the excess or get the repair done myself without claiming from Discovery. There is a knocking sound after the accident and it was not repaired. My instructions were not followed and now I have to pay the excess. Discovery has not attended to my complaint after many emails.
