POOR SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE

<p>I have received very poor service from Ntotole Bessy Manaka. </p> <p>Firstly she gets my claim information wrong, secondly she asks for documents I was never told would be needed. Upon givin the document and her responding that my claim is being processed it goes quiet for 14 days. I ask her what is outstand, no response. I ask again and copy Discovery general email, then she claims she never got the docs. The total turnaround time is now 23 days.</p>
