Poor service from Discovery Insure

Very disappointed in Discovery Insure. Had a claim for laptop that was damaged. Claim was rejected. All fine. But tried in vain to get the laptop back from them after they assessed the damage. Sent multiple emails to agent to get information and assistance. Still has not received the laptop back after multiple attempts. Not even the decency to respond back to my multiple emails. Nothing
