Poor service from Discovery and Renew-it

3 months ago I got a tyre burst from a pothole on the road. Discovery towed my car to Renew-it Rivonia. 2 months later I was told the car was fixed and that I should come collect it. Driving home the car started showing warning lights on the display. I called renew-it and was told the lights would disappear after a while. The car started making sounds in the rear suspension and was leaking water in front. I called discovery and renew-it that the car was no longer drive-able. They arranged for the car to be collected again. Its been a month I have been trying to follow up on the car as I dont have transport and both renew-it and discovery cant give me a courtesy car even though I have that option in my policy. This has been a real inconvenience as I have had to uber every day for work and its costing me a fortune.
