Poor Service From Discovery (AGAIN)
The service from Discovery Insure is disgusting. No one is available to process claims, or to even answer their phones.
I have a pending claim which Discovery refuses to finalise, despite the vehicle having been considered a write-off weeks ago.
A complete lack of interest from Discovery.

Yajna Jugdeo was going to phone me on two days ago straight after her meeting. No one has contacted me. Ive been trying to make contact with her for weeks to no avail.
The claim is still not finalised and the client is still getting the run-around from Discovery Insure.
The lack of service from Discovery is appalling but all too common.
