Poor Service from Abrupt Service Consultant.

Spoke to a service consultant named Nosipho who was extremely rude and abrupt. Very unpleasant experience. I did not appreciate her tone when I was merely trying to find out how to go about arranging an insurance quote for a new property that we are planning on purchasing. I decided to end the call in the hopes of finding someone who is a bit more "customer service" orientated.
