Poor Service for Car Hire

I was initially so happy with the service provided by discovery insure. My contact person was very friendly and efficient and my car was booked in by the service provider suggested by Discovery Insure. Now I am left frustrated in the festive season when I am supposed to be spending time with my family. The service provider that was supposed to have completed repairs on my car by an estimated date of 6 December has closed on the 13th of December without completing repairs on my car. They will only start repairs in the new year however I am expected to return my care hire tomorrow. This is very distressing as I have tried to requested an extension on the car hire as the reason for delay is out of my control.
