Poor service for 3rd party claim from Nonhlanhla Sinthumule

Poor service for 3rd party claim from Nonhlanhla Sinthumule. The documents I submitted 2 months ago have not been processed when I call to check up on the status of my claim. When I ask for this consultant to call me back urgently apparently a message is left but I am yet to have a call back or a response to my mails. Poor service and very delayed responses! No other consultants want to assist and I am left waiting for Nonhlanhla to never call me back.
