Poor service

Ive been trying to cancel my policy since last month speaking to consultants and they just continue to deduct eveytime we put in claim cars go in for more than 2 months ...i cancel sold vehicles they dont action I asked for covers to be dropped for months send emails calls nothing gets done and they deducting because i guess its about the money *** im tired now
