Poor service
on 14.1.2021 i but in a claim with discovery insure ,they appoint itsure for quotation,person Nnini Tsotesi did quote on quote its says win 10 pro ,i ask them if its a preload version she never let me know and on receiving laptop its a preloaded version and laptop incomplete no hdmi converter ,standard issued
