Poor service

I’ve been with discovery car insurance for just over a year now. My car had mechanical problems recently. So I called the insurance to organize a tow truck for me. The consultant was less useful. Since it was a weekend they told me to find the nearest Safe place where they can tow the car. I told them my location and I don’t know any safe place around. The consultant was like sir it’s your responsibility to find the safe place, it’s your car, we can only provide a tow truck. I asked him to call back, I wanted to search for places and he was like this is an emergency line, you have to call us the same way you called.

This morning I asked to a courtesy car, and they told me they don’t offer it for mechanical breakdowns. It make me wonder why I’m paying them so much money, no one explained this to me.
