Poor service

My car was booked in by Discovery insure to Renew it Sandton for repairs to the front bumper after an accident. After 4 weeks I received an email that the car is in quality control and should be ready for collection soon, I then received a phone call and was informed that there was a problem and the car went back to assembly, later I received a call that the car is finally ready for collection. When I arrived at Renew it. Someone finally assisted me after 30min and took me to view the repairs. On closer inspection I found the left side of the bumper to be miss aligned, also my frond grill was black but all the other fittings in front was silver. My car that was delivered to them with all the correct colors now had two different color tones in front, silver and black. There was also damage on the door that wasn't there before that was not repaired. They told me that they received the car with the damage on the door, which I disputed and showed them a photo of the vehicle after the accident when the tow truck uploaded it, and you can clearly see the door was not damaged. It is now going on to a week with absolutely no updates from them and I still don't have a car. I believe since Discovery uses Renew it as a preffered service provider that they should get this resolved.
