Poor service

I registered a claim on the 3rd Mar 24, claim handler was appointed 4th Mar 24, however Nandi Cele (claim handler) never bothered contacting me, upon me making contacts, she informed me that she has booked for assessment on 6th Mar 24 and they should get feedback with 48 hours, she clever gave me feedback until I made contact on 12 Mar 24, and I was told that they have not completed and that is more than 4 working days already. Than I contacted the workshop where my vehicle is and they told me assessment was completed and sent through Friday the 08 Mar 24, however today the 13 Mar 24 I am still receiving email from Nandi Cele saying they are still waiting for assessment. THIS IS CONFUSING!!!
