😭 Poor service

I had a minor incident where I fell I a pothole filled with water, discovery took a whole month of assessment, everytime I have to call to be updated, this is the third month my car is at the panel beaters, this is so disappointing coz I hv to use double amount of money for public transportation, 3 good months just to fix a cv joint
